Largemouth bass in the ponds here have been shallow and pounding our Diving Frogs. Cast them to the edges and pockets in the weedlines. Strip line to make the frog dive and to activate the wiggly legs then release the tension on the line and allow it to return to the surface. That’s when most explosive strikes occur. Twenty-five inhaled the frogs a few evenings ago. Small bass tail-walk the surface–great fun! Always delightful!
