Unusually warm days have triggered actively feeding fish but they’re still scattered. For success keep moving while casting to open water and counting down small streamers to between 3 and 4 feet. A couple dozen bluegills and some small bass fell for that tactic today. We used our own Mini Minnies and 9-foot leaders.
