Two factors must be considered when fishing for summer largemouth bass. First, sunlight penetration eliminates many bass locations; concentrate your fishing efforts on shaded areas, periods of low light or deep structure. Second, food is so readily available that our presentations must have the appearance of vulnerability to activate their predatory instincts.
